Petsway is honored to support local pet charities in their efforts to save and improve the lives of local animals. From fundraising projects to adoption events, Petsway prides itself in giving back to the local pet community.
Humane Society of Southwest Missouri: The Humane Society of Southwest Missouri is an independent, non-profit animal shelter funded only by private donations. Any animal brought to the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri will be accepted, regardless of illness, injury, or whether it is an immediate candidate for adoption. The Humane Society of Southwest Missouri recently undertook a no-kill initiative.
Killuminati Foundation: The Killuminati Foundation is a local non-profit organization that offers financial assistance for non-routine veterinary care for dogs.
Castaway Animal Rescue Effort: C.A.R.E. is a no-kill animal shelter and sanctuary that rescues adoptable dogs and cats from “death row” at other shelters and finds them loving homes.
Springfield Animal Advocacy Foundation: SAAF is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending animal overpopulation in the Ozarks by providing spay and neuter services to those in the community who could not afford to do so otherwise.
Watching Over Whiskers: Watching Over Whiskers supports routine vetting to help place kitties in loving homes, as well as Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance and emergency vet assistance for kitties on a case by case basis.
Joplin Humane Society: The mission of the Joplin Humane Society is to promote the humane care and protection of all animals, especially those abandoned, neglected and abused; and to prevent cruelty and suffering of all animals.
Animal Welfare Alliance of Southeast Missouri: Our purpose is to foster a spirit of cooperation among all public and private animal care organizations and agencies in the area, to encourage and support the adoption, neutering and spaying of pets and to provide shelter for abandoned animals.
Stray Paws Rescue: Stray Paws Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, foster-based rescue. Our organization believes it is our moral responsibility to protect and improve the lives of abused, abandoned and homeless pets and to place them in loving permanent homes. We pull animals from high kill shelters and off the St. Louis city streets.
Tenth Life Cats: We provide veterinary care, foster homes, and adoptive placement to stray cats and kittens, prioritizing those with special needs. We work to end unnecessary euthanasia and cat homelessness through educational outreach, community programs, and collaborative partnerships.
